Project Records and Reports. The Owner’s Project Manager shall maintain a complete Project file including, but not necessarily limited to, a copy of the executed agreements of the Owner-Owner’s Project Manager, Owner-Architect/Engineer and the Owner-Contractor including copies of performance and payment bonds, a master list of permits, certificates of insurance, licenses and approvals for the Project, correspondence, daily reports, payment records, shop drawings, submittals, project schedules, requests for information, change orders/amendments, change directives and meeting minutes. The Owner’s Project Manager shall assist the Owner in responding to any public records request received by the Owner.
Project Records and Reports. Consultant will maintain orderly files for correspondence and field memoranda, reports of job conferences and meetings, shop drawings and samples, reproduction of original Contract Documents including all work directive changes, addenda, preparation and documentation of change orders for City approval, field orders, additional drawings issued subsequent to the execution of the Contract, clarifications and interpretations of the Contract Documents, progress reports, daily reports, and other project related documents. Consultant will prepare daily reports with photographs and a monthly summary supplemented of the Contractor's actual progress. The Consultant shall also track invoices and prepare draft Metro Measure R Quarterly Reports to support reimbursement using grant funds. Deliverables: Master project file that includes all applicable files documenting construction activity, organized in a manner that allows for easy reference and archival of construction activity. Report of daily activities and monthly summary of construction, supplemented by photographs and other supporting material.

  • Records and Reports The contractor shall keep such records as necessary to document compliance with the EEO requirements. Such records shall be retained for a period of three years following the date of the final payment to the contractor for all contract work and shall be available at reasonable times and places for inspection by authorized representatives of the contracting agency and the FHWA.

  • BOOKS, RECORDS, AND REPORTS 6 19. The Contractor shall establish and maintain accounts and other books and records 7 pertaining to administration of the terms and conditions of this Settlement Contract, including: 8 the Contractor's financial transactions, water supply data, and Project land and right-of-way 9 agreements; the water users' land-use (crop census), land ownership, land-leasing and water use 10 data; and other matters that the Contracting Officer may require. Reports thereon shall be 11 furnished to the Contracting Officer in such form and on such date or dates as the Contracting 12 Officer may require.   • Financial Records and Reports Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, the Participant’s relevant financial records associated with this Agreement shall not be subject to examination or audit by NASA.

  • ACCESS TO RECORDS AND REPORTS The Contractor must maintain an acceptable cost accounting system. The Contractor agrees to provide the Sponsor, the Federal Aviation Administration, and the Comptroller General of the United States or any of their duly authorized representatives access to any books, documents, papers, and records of the contractor which are directly pertinent to the specific contract for the purpose of making audit, examination, excerpts and transcriptions. The Contractor agrees to maintain all books, records and reports required under this contract for a period of not less than three years after final payment is made and all pending matters are closed.

  • RECORDS, INFORMATION AND REPORTS Contractor shall maintain full and accurate records with respect to all matters covered under this Agreement.   • Information and Reports The contractor will provide all information and reports required by the Acts, the Regulations, and directives issued pursuant thereto and will permit access to its books, records, accounts, other sources of information, and its facilities as may be determined by the sponsor or the Federal Aviation Administration to be pertinent to ascertain compliance with such Nondiscrimination Acts And Authorities and instructions. Where any information required of a contractor is in the exclusive possession of another who fails or refuses to furnish the information, the contractor will so certify to the sponsor or the Federal Aviation Administration, as appropriate, and will set forth what efforts it has made to obtain the information.
