Common use of Physical Collocation Interconnection Clause in Contracts

Physical Collocation Interconnection. When CLEC provides its own facilities or uses the facilities of a third party to an SBC-AMERITECH Tandem or, at CLEC’s option, End Office and wishes to place its own transport terminating equipment at that location, CLEC may Interconnect using the provisions of Physical Collocation as set forth in Article XII or applicable state tariff.
