Physical Collocation Interconnection Clause Samples
The Physical Collocation Interconnection clause establishes the terms under which one party is permitted to physically place its telecommunications equipment within another party’s premises to facilitate network interconnection. Typically, this clause outlines the requirements for space allocation, access rights, security protocols, and any associated fees or responsibilities for maintaining the collocated equipment. Its core practical function is to enable seamless and efficient interconnection between networks, thereby supporting interoperability and competition while clearly defining the rights and obligations of both parties involved.
