Common use of Physical Architectures Clause in Contracts

Physical Architectures. 4.2.1 In each LATA identified in Schedule 4.0, the Parties shall utilize the Covad-IP(s) and BA-IP(s) designated in such Schedule as the points from which each Party will provide the transport and termination of traffic.
