The Member being the owner of record of the described real estate, hereby grants permission to the Home Builders Association of Fort Xxxxx, Inc. and its agents to photograph the show house described above and consent that the Association, or so assigned, use the photographs for advertising, promotional or trade purposes. It is understood that the photograph(s) be used for their beauty and pictorial qualities and that the address will not be used.
