PHOTO-ELECTRIC CELL Sample Clauses
The PHOTO-ELECTRIC CELL clause defines the requirements and standards for the installation, operation, or maintenance of photo-electric cells within a contract or agreement. Typically, this clause specifies the technical specifications, placement, and performance criteria for photo-electric cells, which are devices that detect light and are often used for automatic lighting control or security systems. By clearly outlining these expectations, the clause ensures that both parties understand their responsibilities regarding the use of photo-electric cells, thereby reducing the risk of disputes and ensuring the proper functioning of automated systems.
