Common use of Phone Recordings and Contact Clause in Contracts

Phone Recordings and Contact. Seller agrees that any call between Seller and Buyer, and their respective owners, managers, employees and agents may be recorded and/or monitored. Furthermore, Seller acknowledges and agrees that: (i) it has an established business relationship with Buyer, its managers, employees and agents (collectively, the “Buyer Parties”) and that Seller may be contacted by any of the Buyer Parties from time-to-time regarding Seller’s performance of its obligations under this Agreement or regarding other business transactions; (ii) it will not claim that such communications and contacts are unsolicited or inconvenient; and (iii) any such contact may be made by any of the Buyer Parties in person or at any phone number (including mobile phone number), email addresses, or facsimile number belonging to Seller’s office, or its owners, managers, officers, or employees.
