Common use of Phasing Plan Clause in Contracts

Phasing Plan. The Developer agrees to adhere within reason to the Phasing Plan subject to minor changes of a specific phase, as prepared and submitted by the Developer to the Township for approval in accordance with the requirements set out in this Agreement.
