Phase-Out. Licensor agrees not to grant a license during the Phaseout Period to any third party after any termination of this License Agreement to use the ITT Name or the ITT Marks in the field of activity of the ITT Hartford Business, except in the case of an abandonment as specified in the last sentence of Section 2.06 herein.
