Phase 1 Commissioning Plan. Not less than six (6) months prior to the Anticipated Phase 1 Construction Completion Date, Project Co shall prepare and submit to the City and to the Independent Certifier a detailed plan setting out the Commissioning activities, requirements and applicable acceptance criteria, training and other activities Project Co intends to carry out to fully Commission the ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ OMF Stage 2 and to satisfy the requirements of Section 9 [Commissioning] of this Schedule (the “Phase 1 Commissioning Plan”). The Phase 1 Commissioning Plan shall: (a) be prepared by, or under the direction of, the Commissioning Manager; (b) include an initial Phase 1 Commissioning Register to be used for monitoring the Phase 1 Commissioning Work;
