Transportation Management Plan. 21 Developer shall be responsible for the management of traffic on the Project or 22 impacted by the Work in accordance with applicable Technical Provisions, Laws, 23 Governmental Approvals and the Transportation Management Plan. Developer shall 24 prepare the Transportation Management Plan in accordance with Section DR 462.2.3 of 25 the Technical Provisions. Throughout the Term, Developer shall carry out all 26 Construction Work and Maintenance Services (including Routine Maintenance and 27 Capital Asset Replacement Work) in accordance with the Transportation Management 28 Plan or, if required pursuant to Section 8.4.1, updates thereto. In accordance with 29 Section 7.4, preparation of the initial Transportation Management Plan and resolution of 30 all ADOT comments thereon shall be a condition precedent to issuance of NTP 2.
Transportation Management Plan. ‌ (a) The Department will develop, fund and implement a transportation management plan for the Project (“Transportation Management Plan” or “TMP”), which will be undertaken in coordination with the Developer’s Maintenance of Traffic Plan and Sequence of Construction Plan. The Department will provide the Developer with a reasonable opportunity to comment on the TMP. The TMP will set forth the program for traffic management and related activities to ensure safety and mobility for the travelling public throughout the I-66 Corridor for the duration of the Construction Period. The Developer’s Maintenance of Traffic Plan (as described further in the Technical Requirements) will be consistent with, and included as part of, the TMP for the Construction Period. (b) In connection with the TMP, the Developer, at its sole cost and expense, will (i) develop and implement the Developer’s Maintenance of Traffic Plan, (ii) be responsible for the Developer’s share of public outreach for the TMP pursuant to the Technical Requirements; and
Transportation Management Plan. The Project is subject to a Transportation Management Plan recorded on December 31, 2003 in the real property records of King County, Washington under Auditor’s No. 20031231001123 (the “TMP”). Tenant shall work with the office of the Building transportation coordinator provided by Landlord under the TMP on trip reduction activities and to provide information to Tenant’s employees regarding the TMP program elements. Tenant shall abide by the TMP, including providing any transportation subsidies to its employees required thereunder. If Tenant fails to pay any amounts it is required to pay under the TMP and Landlord is required to pay such amounts, Tenant shall reimburse Landlord for the cost of such, which reimbursement shall be made promptly following Tenant’s receipt of Landlord’s itemized statement setting forth each participating employee of Tenant and the cost to Landlord of such employee’s subsidies under the TMP.
Transportation Management Plan. A Transportation Management Plan shall be approved by the Town Manager prior to issuance of a Zoning Compliance Permit for this building. This plan shall be updated and approved annually by the Town Manager. Transportation Management Plan. The CONSULTANT will prepare a conceptual Transportation Management Plan in accordance with as per Part 2, Chapter 3 of the PD&E Manual.
Transportation Management Plan. A Transportation Management Plan will be required during the construction of proposed improvements to minimize delay and inconvenience to the traveling public. The Transportation Management Plan for the project will be developed and refined during the PS&E phase. The proposed construction includes roadway and structures work that will require lane closures and/or detouring. The need for necessary lane closures during off-peak hours or at night, or short-term detour routes for ramp and local street closures, will be identified, as required. There are no existing sidewalks on ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Pass Road through the interchange area but new sidewalks and crosswalks are proposed as part of the interchange improvements. Pedestrians will continue to be restricted from passing through the construction zone along ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Pass Road until the sidewalks and crosswalks are implemented. There are no existing bicycle facilities along ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Pass Road through the interchange area requiring bicyclists to navigate along outside shoulders and/or share traffic lanes with vehicles. During construction as a temporary condition, bicyclists will continue to be able to pass through the interchange along ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Pass Road but similar to the existing condition, will need to utilize outside shoulders and/or share traffic lanes. Temporary construction area signage will be developed during the PS&E phase to control and direct bicyclists through the interchange area. The Transportation Management Plan will include briefing local public officials and a public information program to inform the public of project progress and upcoming closures and detours. Other aspects of the TMP may include coordination with ridesharing agencies, transit operators, emergency services, and neighborhood and special interest groups; consideration of construction strategies and contract incentives; CHP and local law enforcement involvement and development of contingency plans. Various TMP elements such as portable Changeable Message Signs, and CHP Construction Zone Enhanced Enforcement Program (COZEEP) will be utilized to minimize delay to the traveling public. A Traffic Management Plan Data Sheet is included as Attachment H. The plan includes Public Information, Traveler Information Strategies, Incident Management and Construction Strategies. The Transportation Management Plan costs are estimated at $715,000.
Transportation Management Plan. ‌ To reduce motorists, delay a Traffic Management Plan (TMP) will be implemented to effectively manage the flow of traffic within the planned construction zone. Preliminary traffic impacts and mitigation for the project have been outlined in the attached Traffic Management Plan Data Sheet (TMP Data Sheet), see Attachment F. A portable radar feedback sign shall be placed to alert drivers of the traveling speed, along each direction at the beginning of the segment of construction work zone. The construction contract will also include detail work zone traffic control plans for each stage of construction. The maximum length of lane closure and the limit of work zone should be less than ½ a mile for each stage of construction. Stage Construction‌ The project will be built in multiple stages. It is anticipated a contractor could be awarded a construction contract in Sep 2023. Once the contractor begins construction it is estimated to take 185 calendar working days to complete the contract items of work. Utility relocations is exclusive of the contract items of work. It is preferred that the relocation of utilities work be done in advance of the contract construction activities. Additionally, seasonal limitations during the winter months for construction work along KDWD irrigation canal crossings when the demand of water supply to farmers is considerably lower, may be implemented. To avoid any inconvenience to the Panama Elementary School located at the NE corner of Stine and SR 119, all construction activities near the vicinity of the school are to be scheduled when the school is in recess. Transportation Management Plan. The Transportation Management Plan Data Sheet is provided for the project as Attachment F. Most of the project work will be performed behind temporary railing (type K) on SR 4. The right lane of the mainline freeway will be closed temporarily during the setting of the K-rail and the loading and unloading of the construction materials and equipment. The Transportation Management Plan (TMP) for the project will be refined in subsequent phases and supported by detailed traffic studies to evaluate traffic operations. The TMP will include press releases to notify and inform motorists, businesses, community groups, local entities, emergency services providers, and elected officials of upcoming closures. Various TMP elements such as portable changeable message signs, Positive Work Zone Protection (PWZP), and the California Highway Patrol’s Construction Zone Enhanced Enforcement Program (COZEEP) will be used to alleviate and minimize delays for the traveling public. The preliminary cost estimate for the TMP elements is $600,000. Stage construction will be required for the project. However, multiple construction crews may be used simultaneously at various locations within the project because the work at each location is an independent operation. Staged traffic handling will be required on multi-lane ramps to install signs and other works. When working on installing roadway signs, MGS, and chevron signs, work will be limited to one location at a time and will be completed within a consecutive 24-hour period once construction begins. Shoulders may be used for traffic handling. The accommodation of oversize loads within the project limits is limited by the policy of the District Legal Access Truck Restriction.
Transportation Management Plan. Bristol shall participate in the development of a comprehensive and campus wide transportation management plan in consultation with the Fair Board and its Executive Director. In the event such comprehensive traffic management plan is not in place at the time, Bristol will present a traffic management plan to the Fair Board no later than 30 days prior to the first Significant Event Week or NASCAR-sanctioned race event.
