Pharmacy Network Services. For purposes of establishing a Pharmacy Network, Administrator shall perform the services stated above in this Section 3.1 of this Exhibit C and the services stated immediately below. In the event that United requests any additional services or customized services beyond those stated below, those services will be considered a Material New Obligation and the processes set forth in Section 1.6 of this Agreement shall be followed. • Make available national networks of retail, specialty and home infusion pharmacies. • Negotiate and contract additional pharmacies to the networks (“GAP List”); with at least 120 day lead time. Reports to be provided monthly until thirty (30) days after the implementation. Reports will be provided based on information Administrator’s the system. • Create “In-state” network for United. Process and implement this network. • Set up, maintain, and load one existing MAC. • Manage MAC appeals via standard process and policy. • Provide one pharmacy manual encompassing the broad network (i.e. N1-P for United), as part of annual process. • Send out one new Pharmacy Notification via faxblast. • Monitor network for pharmacy fraud, waste, and abuse via an Escalation Oversight Committee (“EOC”). • Manage relationships with specialty providers, including managing reporting and JOC process. • Provide monthly network pharmacy listing.
Pharmacy Network Services. Participating Provider will prepare on GO2Pharmacy.com check stock checks to pay or reimburse the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇s Participating Pharmacies for Covered Prescription Drugs dispensed by such pharmacies to Enrollees once Participating Provider has received payment from CarePlus. Participating Provider will also coordinate pharmacy network communication that may occur from time to time.

  • Pharmacy Services The Contractor agrees to comply with the requirements regarding covered pharmacy and over-the- counter (OTC) benefits. The Contractor will comply with the EOHHS Pharmacy Home Program and the Generics First Initiative, including the maintenance of the drug formulary in accordance with the direction of the EOHHS Pharmacy Committee.

  • Support Services Rehabilitation, counselling and EAP’s. Support is strictly non- punitive, and can be accessed at anytime (self-identification of the need for help is strongly encouraged).

  • Hospice Services Services are available for a Member whose Attending Physician has determined the Member's illness will result in a remaining life span of six months or less.
