On site audits. Investigators and institutions involved in the study will permit trial-related monitoring, audits, IRB review, and domestic or foreign regulatory inspection(s) by providing direct access to source documents, CRFs, and all other study documentation.
On site audits. (1) This clause applies if the Audit includes an on-site visit to the Provider's Premises.
On site audits. 7.1.1 Will allow and support quality audits by Dipexium or its representative by appointment no more frequently than once per X year, unless a “for cause” audit is required.

The parties agree that the audits described in Clause 5(f) and Clause 12(2) of the Standard Contractual Clauses shall be carried out in accordance with the following specifications: Customer may contact Technolarity in accordance with the “Notices” Section of the Agreement to request an on-site audit of Technolarity’s procedures relevant to the protection of Personal Data, but only to the extent required under applicable Data Protection Law. Customer shall reimburse Technolarity for any time expended for any such on-site audit at Technolarity’s then-current rates, which shall be made available to Customer upon request. Before the commencement of any such on- site audit, Customer and Technolarity shall mutually agree upon the scope, timing, and duration of the audit, in addition to the reimbursement rate for which Customer shall be responsible. All reimbursement rates shall be reasonable, taking into account the resources expended by Technolarity. Customer shall promptly notify Technolarity with information regarding any non-compliance discovered during the course of an audit, and Technolarity shall use commercially reasonable efforts to address any confirmed non-compliance.
