Pfizer Database. Subject to Section 4.2.5(a)(iii), the Leveragers, Functional Line Senior Scientists, Candidate Designees and Lead Seekers may request that Pfizer provide the Company with a copy of information and data that is in the Pfizer Database. For clarity, such information and data may be provided in an electronic or other form that may be downloaded, printed, copied, modified or reproduced.
