Common use of Pets, Guide Dogs and Service Dogs Clause in Contracts

Pets, Guide Dogs and Service Dogs. Residents are not permitted to keep pets or animals in the accommodation or on the residence property, even temporarily. Guests may not visit the accommodation with pets or animals. You must seek prior approval in accordance with the section Guide Dogs and Service Dogs in Part 1 of this Contract if you or your designated roommate require that a guide dog or service dog reside in your accommodation.
