Persons eligible. 3.1 By agreeing to be bound by the terms of this agreement, you agree that Clickpesa Services will be available on all eligible accounts with us, whether open now or opened in the future. 3.2 Clickpesa payment services are accessible by any natural person of full age and capacity, corporate entities, partnerships, trusts, association, professional intermediaries such as Stock Brokers and Chartered Accountants and any other legally established entity.
