Prior to due presentation of a Certificate for registration of transfer, the Owner Trustee, the Certificate Registrar and any Paying Agent may treat the Person in whose name any Certificate shall be registered in the Certificate Register as the owner of such Certificate for the purpose of receiving distributions pursuant to Section 5.2 and for all other purposes whatsoever, and none of the Owner Trustee, the Certificate Registrar or any Paying Agent shall be bound by any notice to the contrary.
