Personality. In this same act, the parties mutually acknowledge the personality with which they appear to sign this Agreement and expressly waive, in the event of any dispute, the lack of personality of their own or the other, in accordance with the provisions of article 37, the second paragraph of the Code of Civil Procedures for the State of Jalisco and its correlatives of the Federal Code of Civil Procedure, that of the Federal District and those of the other federative entities.
