Personal situation. Before the contracting authority can start investigating the regularity of the tenders and evaluating them on the basis of the award criterion/criteria, tenderers that do not meet certain minimum quality conditions will be excluded from the procedure and their tender will not be evaluated. In view of the qualitative selection of tenderers and in accordance with Articles 67 to 79 of the Royal Decree of 15.07.2011, the tenderer must include a selection file in his tender with the information requested hereafter with regards to his personal situation, his financial capacity and his technical aptitude for this public contract.
