PERSONAL SATISFACTION AS A CONDITION PRECEDENT. The obligations of the COUNTY and/or the COMMISSION as provided in this agreement are expressly conditioned upon the CONTRACTORS compliance with the provisions of the contract to the personal satisfaction of the COMMISSION and the COMMISSION shall determine compliance in good faith and as a reasonable person would under the circumstances.
