Common use of PERSONAL PROPERTY COVERAGE Clause in Contracts

PERSONAL PROPERTY COVERAGE. An Association member’s personal property used for instructional, job related, or other reasonable purposes and on district premises shall be covered up to one thousand dollars ($1000.00). This coverage will be based on replacement value for loss of items through fires, flood, vandalism, theft or break-in. The loss of personal property on district premises shall be reported immediately to the principal.
