Common use of Personal Litigation Clause in Contracts

Personal Litigation. a. Employees involved in any form of personal litigation will not be excused with pay but will use annual leave or sick leave if available, otherwise leave of absence without pay will be used. b. Employees will receive their normal pay and related expenses while involved in any litigation from third parties which is related to work performed on the Company’s contract with the government.
