Common use of PERSONAL LIABILITY OF OWNER Clause in Contracts

PERSONAL LIABILITY OF OWNER. In carrying out any of the provisions of the Contract or in exercising any power or authority granted thereby, there shall be no liability upon the Owner or his duly authorized representatives, either personally or as an official of the Owner, it being understood that in such matters, they act as agent and representatives of the Owner.
