Common use of Personal Leave Entitlement Clause in Contracts

Personal Leave Entitlement. Whilst employees are able to access personal leave in accordance with clause 21.24 of the General Agreement, to ensure compliance with the Minimum Conditions of Employment Act 1993 a minimum of 75 hours must be available to employees for the purposes of an employee’s entitlement to paid leave for illness or injury; or carer’s leave [clause 21.11].
