Common use of Personal Jurisdiction Clause in Contracts

Personal Jurisdiction. By execution and delivery of this Agreement, each of the Parties irrevocably and unconditionally submits to the personal jurisdiction of a court of competent jurisdiction located in the City of New York for purposes of any action, suit or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement.

Personal Jurisdiction. By execution and delivery of this Agreement, each of the Parties irrevocably and unconditionally submits to the personal jurisdiction of a court of competent jurisdiction located in the City of New York or the Bankruptcy Court (and, in each case, any court with appellate jurisdiction with respect to the foregoing) for purposes of any action, suit or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement.
