Personal ID Information. The System will provide the capability to search and display an individual offender using various criteria including but not limited to offender number, name, name-sounds-like, partial name, SPBI number, National Crime Information Center (“NCIC”) identifiers and codes, FBI number, social security number, aliases, date of birth, fingerprint and retina scan.
