Personal Contract. 9.1 The Contract is personal to you. We provide Services and Goods only to and for you. You cannot transfer your rights under the Contract to any other person. The Goods are not to be used by any other person. We can transfer all or any of our rights and obligations under these Terms to another organisation, but this will not affect your rights under these Terms.
