Common use of PERSONAL AND FINANCIAL INFORMATION Clause in Contracts

PERSONAL AND FINANCIAL INFORMATION. Landlord does not warrant or guarantee that any personal information (address, phone number, e-mail address, social security number) or financial information (credit card, checking account) will not be stolen or otherwise compromised. Tenant waives and releases any and all claims or actions against Landlord for damages arising from the use of said information by others.
