Permitting Support. Contractor and Client shall timely provide requested necessary information and documents to assist each other in obtaining Applicable Permits. Unless Contractor shall have failed to comply with the immediately preceding sentence, Contractor shall not be responsible for any delay in achieving the Guaranteed Completion Dates due to any failure to obtain Client Permits.
