Permitted Transactions. Subject to Section ▇▇-▇▇-▇▇▇ of the Act, each Manager or Member, and its respective affiliates and other related parties, shall be free to engage in any activity on their own or by the means of any entity, except for activities directly related to or in competition with the activities and services performed by the Company.
