Permitted Restructuring Transactions. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the provisions of this Section 8 (other than Sections 8.5.2(d)(iv) and 8.14) shall not restrict the ability of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries from consummating any Permitted Restructuring Transaction.
