Common use of Permitted Restructuring Transactions Clause in Contracts

Permitted Restructuring Transactions. Notwithstanding the foregoing Article IX, the provisions of this Article IX (other than §9.5.2(d)(ii)) shall not restrict the ability of the Borrowers and their Subsidiaries from consummating any Permitted Restructuring Transaction made in accordance with Schedule 1.01A and permitted under §9.5.2(d)(ii).
