Permitted Data Uses Clause Samples

Permitted Data Uses. Customer acknowledges and agrees that Coinflow may aggregate, de- identify, or anonymize Customer Data so it no longer meets the Customer Data definition as set forth herein, and may use such aggregated, de-identified, or anonymized data to train, develop, improve, or otherwise enhance Coinflow Technology. Coinflow will not attempt to or actually or directly re-identify any previously aggregated, de-identified, or anonymized data.
