Coinflow Technology Sample Clauses

Coinflow Technology. Coinflow is the exclusive owner of, and hereby retains all right, title, and interest in and to Coinflow Technology. Except as specifically provided herein, Coinflow does not grant to Customer any right or license, express or implied, in the Coinflow Services, the Coinflow Technology, or any other Coinflow Intellectual Property Rights. Unless otherwise expressly specified in a schedule, Coinflow hereby retains all right, title, and interest in and to any deliverables under a schedule, including all Intellectual Property Rights therein and thereto.
