Permit us to. have access to the De Minimis Aid Disclosure Forms, and to any other related records and information we consider necessary for assessing whether relevant State Aid rules have been complied with, within ten (10) Working Days of a written request to do so. We may then disclose such details to the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills, European Commission, and/or other body with a relevant power or duty to examine such materials.
