Permit Support Sample Clauses
The Permit Support clause outlines the responsibilities of the parties regarding obtaining and maintaining necessary permits, licenses, or approvals required for a project or activity. Typically, it specifies which party is responsible for applying for permits, providing documentation, and cooperating with authorities, and may require one party to assist the other in the permitting process.
