Permit Status. Summarise changes, if any, in applicable environmental, safety, or health regulations and summarise the status of permits, licences or other approvals required for the Project and the Group’s operations as applicable to environmental, safety and/or health regulations; in particular, identify any such new permits or permits that will expire in less than a year.
Permit Status. Borrower is in good standing as a permittee under the Permits and has received no notice of default under the Permits or notice of termination of the Permits from the U.S. Forest Service or any notice that the U.S. Forest Service intends not to renew, extend or reissue the Permits in a timely fashion and on terms satisfactory to Borrower prior to the end of the existing terms thereof.
Permit Status. Owner agrees to promptly notify Contract of any material change in status or event relating to any modification, application, or amendment of any Owner Acquired Permits. EXECUTION COPY
