Common use of Permit Revocation Clause in Contracts

Permit Revocation. At the discretion of the district administrator’s designee, the land use permit may be revoked and the memorial removed from the right-of-way for non-compliance with all requirements contained herein and/or specific conditions of the permit.

Permit Revocation. At the discretion of the district administrator’s designee, the land use permit may be revoked and the memorial removed from the right-of-way move terminated for non-compliance with all requirements contained herein and/or specific conditions of the permit, if traffic flow becomes congested or conditions are deemed unsafe to continue the building movement.
