Permit Required. The City will obtain a permit to work on a Signal System in order to coordinate work in the right-of-way, ensure sufficient traffic control is provided, and manage access and workmanship on Signal Systems. The City will be responsible for any costs associated with traffic control or County forces needed to effectuate City works on the Signal Systems.
