Permit Phase Clause Samples

The Permit Phase clause defines the period during which the necessary permits and approvals must be obtained before a project or activity can proceed. Typically, this clause outlines the responsibilities of the parties involved in securing permits, sets deadlines for obtaining them, and may specify what happens if permits are delayed or denied. Its core function is to ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements are met before work begins, thereby reducing the risk of non-compliance and project delays.
Permit Phase. Consultant will provide the following services for the Permitting Phase:
Permit Phase. After the Survey Phase required for design is complete, Consultant will commence work within seven (7) calendar days and complete permitting services within one–hundred and eighty (180) calendar days.
Permit Phase. 2.1 Design Builder is responsible for applying for and obtaining all necessary and required building permits and approvals for the Project. No additional time will be allocated to the project for the purposes of obtaining permits. 2.2 As part of the permit application package, the Design Builder shall provide the applicable permitting entity with the number of complete sets of signed and sealed Construction Documents. Each of the drawings and the cover sheet of the Project Manual shall be signed, sealed, and dated by the Design Builder.
