Common use of Permit Matrix Clause in Contracts

Permit Matrix. The Consultant shall: • Research permits applicable to the Project, and prepare technical data and draft applications which may be necessary to obtain regulatory permits from federal, state, and local agencies, which consist of the City, CCRFCD, Las Vegas Valley Water District (LVVWD), ▇▇▇▇▇ County Water Reclamation District (CCWRD), NV Energy, ▇▇▇ Communications, Southwest Gas, and Century Link. The City will sign all permit applications and pay all application fees. The City will provide a typical permit matrix form to the Consultant. • Nevada Division of Environmental Protection Groundwater Discharge and Section 404 Army Corps of Engineers permits are not anticipated to be required for this project and are not included in this scope. If deemed necessary, these permits will be prepared by the Consultant as an Additional Service under separate request and authorization by the City.
