Permit entry. To permit the Landlord and any other persons authorised by the Landlord at all reasonable times on giving upon previous reasonable written notice in writing to the Tenant (except in emergency) the case of emergency when no notice shall be required to the Tenant but without prejudice to the application of the Access Requirements) to enter upon the Premises subject to exercise the Landlord and any other persons authorised by the Landlord complying with the Access Requirements for the purposes of exercising his rights excepted and reserved in this UnderleaseSchedule 3 and Schedule 8 and to examine and note the condition of the Premises.
