Permissive. Except as otherwise contained herein, the County shall consider all requests to accept the dedication of any road or road right-of-way within the Property constructed to the standards contained in the Cherokee Farms Conceptual Master Plan approved on of the County contained in this Agreement. The County shall also consider a request to take ownership of any drainage systems by dedication.
