Common use of Permanent/Probationary Clause in Contracts

Permanent/Probationary. 13.1.1.1 Unit members with permanent status shall be subject to discipline only for cause pursuant to this Article. 13.1.1.2 The probationary period (see Article 17.2) is an extension of the selection process.
