The term "permanent position" shall mean a positions which hasve been approved 11 by the COUNTY Lane County Board of Commissioners; which are is included in the adopted COUNTY 12 budget; which are is budgeted in excess of 1040 hours in a fiscal year or equal to or greater than twenty 13 (20) hours per week.and which work at least twenty (20) hours per week. 14
