Permanent Nurse. Is a Nurse who occupies a permanent Part-Time or Full-Time position as an employee of the Employer.
Permanent Nurse. A Permanent Nurse is any non-management nurse who has completed two (2) full years of satisfactory service as a SCOE nurse. "Full year of service" shall mean the nurse shall have served a minimum of seventy-five percent (75%) of the days normally assigned to similar positions in the department and must be considered a full-time eight (8) hours per day employee.
