Perishable Goods. If the Goods are perishable or liable to deteriorate, MSL UK LTD's right to sell or dispose of them arises immediately upon any sum becoming due and unpaid. However, MSL UK LTD will take reasonable steps to notify the Customer of its intention before proceeding with the sale or disposal.
