Common use of Perishable Goods Clause in Contracts

Perishable Goods. If the Goods forming a Client Order are perishable or liable to deteriorate, MSL UK LTD has the right to sell or dispose of the Goods immediately upon the failure of the Client or its appointed agent to take delivery in accordance with the Client Order. However, MSL UK LTD will take reasonable steps to notify the Customer of its intention to sell or dispose of the Goods before doing so.
