Periodic Repurchase Offers. (a) The Trust shall make offers to repurchase its Shares at quarterly intervals pursuant to Rule 23c-3 under the 1940 Act ("Offers"). The Trustees may place such conditions and limitations on repurchase offers as may be permitted pursuant to Rule 23c-3 or by the SEC.
