Common use of Periodic Reports to the Trustee Clause in Contracts

Periodic Reports to the Trustee. The Grantor shall provide to the Trustee such documents, reports and information as required by Section 314 of the Trust Indenture Act (if any) and the compliance certificate required by Section 314 of the Trust Indenture Act in the form and manner and at the times required by Section 314 of the Trust Indenture Act, such compliance certificate to be provided by the Grantor within [ ] days after the end of each fiscal year of the Grantor, commencing with the fiscal year ending [ ], 200[ ].
